Hotel Policy

• Rates
All rates are net in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT. and are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

• Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by e-mail and facsimile or response from our staff.

• Child policy
Hotel - Child age between 7-12 years old. Tour - Child age between 7-11 years old will be charged 75% of the net price and between 4-6 years old will be charged 50% of the net price, child under 4 years old all are FOC.

• Cancellation charges and No show
Cancellations received one month or less but more than 30 days prior to tour departure 50% of the tour price. Cancellations received 7 working days or less but prior to tour departure 100% of the tour price. No show on the booked date of check-in will be subjected to forfeit of full deposit paid and automatic release of the reservation made. No Show will be charge full of tour price.

• Full Deposit - Full Prepayment for peak season or inquiry.
We're required to pay deposit in advance to confirm room reservation. We're reserve the right to release the rooms unless payment of full deposit is received in advance as agreed. Full Payment must be settle prior before and transfer to our Bank Account.

• Payment Procedures
For the peak season, payment should be made at the time of booking / confirmation. Reservation not guaranteed by full prepayment might be subject to cancellation by the hotel.

Guide and Transportation

• General information
Tour Guide - We are provided the travel service with expert tour guides. In case any addtional requests for international speaking guide such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese etc., we can provide with extra charge accordingly.

•Transportation
All our transportations are high standard which guarantee our transfer service and guest exceptional service with professional chauffeur are experienced well trained and dedicated professionals. Our vehicle are Toyota Commuter and Toyota Hyatt providing a wide body and high roof, giving the biggest capacity of any mini-bus on ther road. Every seat is equipped with seatbelts for all occupants providing increased safety.

Payment Methods
There are 3 methods of our payment.

- By Cash on Arrival
You can pay for travel services directly through our guide or driver on meeting at the airport or hotels. After the payment you will received the receipt and all contact number from our staff. The receipt will guarantee that all service will be arrange as promised.

- By Credit Card
We accept payment by Credit Card with Bank charge 3.8% of total price. After booking is confirmed, you will get a payment Link Form from us then you fill in as the process method indicated. When I get your payment then I will send the receipt to you.
