| |
1. Applicants filled in Application Form– completed in English and signed by the applicant along with 2 recent passport size photograph (2x2) |

2. Original passport that is valid at least 6 months and (Please present your old passports as well, if any) together with photocopies of its pages |

3. Thai National Identification card and Evidence of family, employment and other ties to your country of usual residence together with photocopies of its pages |

4. Evidence that you have adequate personal funds, or access to adequate funds to support yourself (and any family members travelling with you) during the period of intended stay, for example, a current bankbook or bank statement with at least 6 months history of transactions. Cash or credit cards are not sufficient evidence of funds. |

5. If you are employed you should present evidence of current employment in the form of an original letter from your employer outlining your present position, length of service, salary and period of approved leave. If you are self-employed, you need to provide evidence of business ownership such as business registration or shareholder's certificate. Students should present evidence of enrolment in a school or educational institution |

6. A letter of invitation from a company in Australia (this must include the period during which the applicant will conduct business in Australia) for Business Visa |

7. For applicants over 70 years of age
-Evidence from your doctor stating that you are fit to travel to Australia without assistance and that you are likely to be fit enough to be able to return home without assistance
- Medical insurance to cover your full stay in Australia |

8. Copy of round trip ticket, or itinerary showing flight information and dates |

9. Proof of a reservation for the whole trip at any Australia hotel |
