Documents for a complete application : GERMANY VISA

1. Applicants filled in Application Form– completed in English and signed by the applicant along with 2 recent passport size photograph, photo with white background (2x2) |

2. Original passport that is valid at least 6 months and (Please present your old passports as well, if any) together with photocopies of its pages |

3. Thai National Identification card and Evidence of family, employment and other ties to your country of usual residence |
|
| |
4. If you are employed you should present evidence of current employment in the form of an original letter from your employer outlining your present position, length of service, salary and period of approved leave. If you are self-employed, you need to provide evidence of business ownership such as business registration or shareholder's certificate. |

5. A letter of invitation from a company in German (this must include the period during which the applicant will conduct business in German) for Business Visa |

6. Confirmed return ticket to German or confirmation from travel agent showing proof of payment (no open ticket itinerary) |

7. Proof of Hotel reservation confirmation |

| |
8. Travel Insurance - repatriation is compulsory. The documentation must show applicant name and their policy number. The policy must cover the duration of the visit ( coverage minimum THB1,500,000) |

9. Visa Fee EURO60 (Payment in Thai Baht, due to bank currency exchange rate) |
|
| |
10. The average time required for 4 working days. |

11. In case of changing name or surname (please present the proof of former name or surname document as well , if any) |

12. Business Visa can handle through visa agency only applicants who have been in German and not over 5 years |
