1. Applicants filled in Application Form– completed in English and signed by the applicant along with 2 recent passport size photograph |

2. Original passport that is valid at least 6 months and (if you have an expired passport, is required) together with 2 photocopies of its pages |

3. Tourist Visa : All Applicants are required to submit application form indicating the place (s) of
visit and duration of stay |

4. Business Visa : Applicants are requested to provide a company letter (from local company as well as the India company) explaining the general purpose of the visit, places to be visited |

5. If you are employed you should present evidence of current employment in the form of an original letter from your employer outlining your present position, length of service, salary and period of approved leave. If you are self-employed, you need to provide evidence of business ownership such as business registration or shareholder's certificate. Students should present evidence of enrolment in a school or educational institution |

6. In case where visa processing is handle through visa agency, the applicant must submit an authorization letter stating that the visa agency is authorized to submit the passport and visa application as well as to collect his/her passport |
