1. Applicants filled in Application Form– completed in English and signed by the applicant along with 2 recent passport size photograph (2x2) |

2. Original passport that is valid for at least 6 months and (Please present your old passports as well, if any) together with photocopies of its pages |

3. Thai National Identification card and Evidence of family, employment and other ties to your country of usual residence together with photocopies of its pages |

4. Evidence that you have adequate personal funds, or access to adequate funds to support yourself (and any family members travelling with you) during the period of intended stay, for example, a current bankbook or bank statement with at least 6 months history of transactions. Cash or credit cards are not sufficient evidence of funds.

5. If you are employed you should present evidence of current employment in the form of an original letter from your employer outlining your present position, length of service, salary and period of approved leave. If you are self-employed, you need to provide evidence of business ownership such as business registration or shareholder's certificate. |

For a business trip |
|
| |
a) A letter from the Company in Taiwan stating that they are sending him/her on business and that the Company will be paying for all his/her expenses. This letter must be endorsed by a bank and company’s current bankbook or bank statement with at least 3 months history of transactions
b) Plus one of the following:
b.1) A letter of invitation from a company in Taiwan (this must include the period during which the applicant will conduct business in Taiwan).
b.2) Proof that the purpose of the visit to Taiwan is to attend a trade show.
b.3) Any other proof that the purpose of the visit is to conduct business in Taiwan. |
