1. Applicants filled in Application Form– completed in English and signed by the applicant along with 1 recent passport size photograph (2x2) |

2. Original passport that is valid for the total period of your stay in France and (Please present your old passports as well, if any) together with photocopies of its pages |

3. If you are employed you should present evidence of current employment in the form of an original letter from your employer outlining your present position, length of service, salary and period of approved leave. If you are self-employed, you need to provide evidence of business ownership such as business registration or shareholder's certificate. (from local company as well as Vietnam company) |

4. A letter of invitation from a company in Australia (this must include the period during which the applicant will conduct business in Vietnam) for Business Visa |
